Hot new couple alert! Svelte star Kelly Osbourne has been out and about at New York fashion week, and apparently has a new man in tow.

Kelly did the rounds at the shows yesterday, racking up four outfit changes during the day, and finishing the night sitting front row at Jeremy Scott with Kanye West.

Kel looked the picture of happiness, laughing and giggling as she watched the shows, and now it seems there could be a reason for her secret smile.

The rumour mill has gone into overdrive with reports suggesting the star could be dating none other than Gossip Girl heartthrob Chase Crawford.

It's said the private pair have been on a number of secret dates, but are desperate to keep their new relationship under wraps.

'Kelly and Chace have been on a couple of dates and are trying desperately to keep things on the downlow,' one insider told the Daily Mail online.

'She wants to keep their romance out of the spotlight until she's sure it's the real thing. She's had a tough time of it since splitting from Luke three months ago.’

And it seems the pair are perfectly matched.

‘Kelly is really unique and opinionated, something that Chace finds very cool, she also looks stunning but in a very unique and hip way, they could be Manhattan’s new hip couple,' the source continued.

'Neither one of them are bothered about red carpets in a traditional sense, she grew up with all that debacle and he’s a Texan boy at heart.'
