Unlucky in love Jennifer Aniston could be set to reunite with her ex-flame, bad boy John Mayer if reports are to be believed.

The Hollywood rumour mill has been alight with talk the pair have been enjoying secret dates, and even jetting across the country to spend time together.

'John invited Jen to come out and meet him while he was in Manhattan. He told her he really wanted to see her and even paid for a private jet to fly her from LA,' one A-list insider told Perez Hilton.

'They spent hours in his hotel suite at the Four Seasons, ordering room service and drinking wine.'

But despite insisting they are back together, the source suggests the pair are trying to keep their reconciliation quiet for now.

'Jen’s been hurt by him before and isn’t prepared to go public with the relationship just yet,' they added.

... can't believe it if it's true... one minute not so long ago finally goes public dating a separated man, and says (if to be believed) that she finally found the man of her dreams....really now she is back (if to be believed) with John Mayer again..... is she thick-skinned, stupid or desperate? why on earth would she want to go backwards...didn't work before, and if true unlikely to work again now.

She must be either doing something wrong with each relationship, or a glutton for misery.
