Love or hate? Katie Price’s iPod headpiece

We’re not quite sure what Katie Price was aiming for when she left the house this morning, but whatever it was, we think she might have missed the mark. In a skintight silver spacesuit (sorry, jumpsuit) the star stepped out to launch her new technology range, and we’ll bet our boring black iphones the pictures will brighten up any Friday.

Recently married Miss Price must have put some serious thought into her outer space-inspired get up. But what on earth was going through her mind, we’ll really never know.

Katie’s foray into futuristic fashion was all in aid of her new Boutique iPod range, which is set to go on sale on her website soon.

Stepping out to launch the collection, Katie donned a bejeweled silver jumpsuit and some thigh-high matching boots, adding (inexplicably) a white and pink fringed belt to finish the ensemble off.

And the piece de resistance? It has to be the spectacular iPod headpiece. Part hat, part hairband, the interesting hair decoration, adorned with five of the tiny technology devices is quite a sight to behold.

And that’s not all. Ever the perfectionist, Katie went one step further, adding tiny replica iPods to her earlobes. This lady is seriously committed to her cause.

But luckily, it seems the star doesn't take her bold new look too seriously.

'I have so much fun doing my job, as you can tell by my costume today. We put the Nanos on my ears as earrings, and someone said, "Is it over the top?"

'And I was like, "Have you seen the rest of me?!" I bet you were like, "what on earth is she wearing?" It's my maddest outfit yet!' she said.
