Cheryl's new long locks: Love or Hate?

Cheryl Cole debuted a brand new 'do as she stepped out for date night with Derek Hough in LA over the weekend. Gone was her shoulder-length choppy crop, and its place? Gorgeous tumbling tresses.

We’d grown to love the naturally shorter, wavy style the star has been sporting all summer, as she went on tour around Europe with the Black Eyed Peas.
After her battle with malaria, it seems Cheryl's feeling better and decided it was time for a change, opting for glossy, tumbling extensions for her night out on the town.
But it wasn’t just a case of out with the old and in with the new. We've definitely seen that dress before! Cheryl last wore her £445 Thread Social mini on a night out with her almost-ex hubby Ashley, last December.
But clearly Mrs C doesn’t mind recycling her clothes, and looked radiant and glowing with health as she and Derek popped in to celeb eatery Wolfgang Puck for some food.
Cheryl's reportedly been busy plotting her comeback during her break in LA, and is rumoured to have organised a £100,000 style overhaul for her return to the X Factor. So could the long locks be part of her lovely new look?

Whats new re hair extensions...when u look at Emmas Watsons gorgeous crop ..now thats..amazing..completely different.

More extensions now that is exciting, had she shaved her head now that would have been exciting, but still just copying others. Be original for once Cheryle!

Agree with most of the comments. Extensions are boring. She looked better with shorter hair. AND she should cut it even shorter!

ps ....could we be worried a little by Nicole thus the sudden long hair again..is soooo old...and by the look of it a lot of the above and below agree...do something different..be yourself..but the extra weight ..I agree..u look miles much better...gone the gaunt...good for you....I agree with the glowing look...
Try an elfin cut...u r so small..it would look great.....go on ..try it..

Lovely! And for goodness sake, who cares if she wears a nearly £500 dress again, so she should! Have you heard, there is a recession on.
Many of us would love to be able to afford a £500 dress in the first place!

She looks great as always she knows her to dress up properly when going out. See's back to good form and always improving with her support from Derek. They are both working well with each other and always share good times alone. She as been doing really well out in LA and keeping her spirits alive am really pleased for her indeed.

Anyone with the money and help she has can look good, it takes someone really special to look naturally good, and natural she definately isnt! Is any part of her original, hair, teeth, make up ! she has a lot of help.
