The Oscar-winning actress has dropped a massive five dress sizes, going down from a US size 16 (UK 20) to a UK 10, all thanks to Weight Watchers.

Choosing to lose the pounds the healthy way, Jennifer started working out five times a week with a trainer and embarked on a Weight Watchers plan, for which she is the spokesperson.

'It's not a diet, it's really a way of living that teaches you better skills' she told InStyle Makeover magazine, 'For years I felt like I could never have ice cream, but I can eat ice cream occasionally now!'

And she's clearly thrilled with her new physique - describing how her shape still takes her by surprise, she raved: 'I'm like, wow! This is what I look like?'

But don't expect to see the star shrinking any further: 'I don't want to lose any more weight, and you're never going to see me skinny. I think this is a good, natural size for me.'

I think Jennifer looks absolutely F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S !!! Very well done.
I can relate to her, i've being doing Weight Watchers since September last year and I've shed 33Â½lbs.

I admit she looks fabulous and deserves the credit for working so hard to achieve such a dramatic result. So why then, on the cover photo, does she look like she's been so airbrushed that she looks almost anorexic - the actual weight loss is dramatic enough.

I'm with Joy on this. Jennifer looks amazing and that photoshopped extra nip and tuck was entirely unnecessary and ruins the credibility of a great story.

The first photo must have been taken when she already lost some of the weight - she's not size 20 there, though not a 12/14 as one of the comments says either. She looked there size (UK) 16 (at least on the top).
I can relate to her as well, as I've lost more than 2 stone in the last 6 months (by eating smaller portions - max. 1500 calories per day) going from size 18 to 12/14.

Tasha, A short person only would look like Jennifer does in her before pic at a size 12/14 but a mid-height to taller person would most certainly be more in the range of 16-20 US. I look like her after pic and I am a size 16 US, I stand 6' tall. Height plays a big part in dress size, people always forget that part!

Congratulations to Ms. Hudson though, she looks fabulous!! Nice to hear she is happy at the size she is now too. She looks healthy and that is wonderful and sexy too!

I think she looks quite ordinary now, almost unrecognisable and doesn't stand out. I think it's great she's lost the weight because now she's healthy, but she looks similar to everyone else. When she was a larger size she stood out because she was also sexy, beautiful and a great character. Although she has all that still, she used to inspire those of a higher dress size to still be beautiful and interesting.
