Lindsay Lohan has been spotted leaving jail, after serving just 14 days of her 90-day imposed prison sentence.

LINDSAY LOHAN’S CAREER HISTORY

In a bid to minimise publicity, the sorry star was reportedly ushered out of the Hollywood prison at 1:35 this morning, climbing straight into the back of a waiting van

But officials weren’t taking their chances, and have left Lindsay no time to get into trouble.

Despite reports suggesting she would be allowed home to spend some time with her friends and family, it seems the star’s being taken directly to a rehab clinic from the Lynwood Century Regional Detention Facility.

'She is now under the supervision of the L.A. County Probation Department. This concludes her custody. We are done. Thank you all for behaving. We can all go home now,' said the court judge.

Lindsay is now said to be headed to the UCLA Medical Centre, where she’ll check to embark on an intense substance abuse programme.

Are you pleased Lindsay’s out of jail already? Or should she have been made to serve her full sentence? Let us know your thoughts in the box below.

Just because she is a celebrity, doesn't mean she should be treated any different. Even whilst she was in there she received special treatment; 3 outfits to change in to a day, own room, using guards phones.
She should of served her full sentence, without any special treatment. If they're just going to keep letting her off, no wonder shes doing it again and again.

Absolute disgrace she has been released early.... why, just coz she has money??? Hang your head in shame USA "justice" system!

re Val dont think its any worse than our system...tch tch..dont do it again...Actually I think the States is strict in comparison..
Its obvious they would let her out...let Hilton out and a few others...status works wonders....
When our system lets child murderers even have the chance of sueing for damages...well..U tell me????????
In Lohans case..well she will just keep doing same ..needs the most help with her probs and HIlton was all sugar and light to get out promising the world that she would help one and all and charities as I recall??/
You just know how it all will play out.

She should have had 90 days hard labour not a cushy 14 days!
She will never learn until the Americans stop thinking every so called "star" is above the law and can be let off.

i personaly dont think that she should have been let out of jail yeah ok she may have money but she broke the law she deseves a punishment. how is she going to learn right from wrong if she is going to be let off all the time. how long is it going to be until she does serious damage to somebody and gets let off for it.
