George Clooney to marry Elisabetta Canalis?

The rumour mill has gone into overdrive this week, amid reports that Hollywood’s most famous bachelor, George Clooney, is finally set to tie the knot with girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis.

The pair – who have been dating for over a year – have been holidaying in Italy with friends.

But rumours of a wedding have just refused to go away, with gossip intensifying in recent weeks.

And last week, staff were spotted putting up a white wedding gazebo in the grounds of gorgeous George’s luxury Italian Villa.

So will a ceremony finally go ahead?

'I am not the sort of girl who dreams of becoming a mother but I do believe in matrimony,' Elisabetta said recently.

So it seems the pair may still settle down, after all. Does she know something we don’t?!
