The Beckhams' romantic date night

David Beckham has revealed he and Victoria go on 'car dates' to relive the early days of their relationship, and often go back to the place they first kissed.

Despite their frequent travelling and time apart, the soppy sports star revealed how the pair 'always make time for each other', adding: 'We have date nights, of course. I think that's important.'

Talking in a new interview, Becks spoke about taking his beau on romantic 'car dates' during the early stages in their relationship, adding that he still whisks her away to relive the fun-filled days.

'We like going for a drive in the car - that's our date sometimes - it's what we always used to do when we lived in Manchester and spent weekends in London, we'd drive down together then just sit in a park and chat, that's something we still do now,' he said.

'It really was special then, hiding, driving around because I wasn't as well known as Victoria and trying to hide 'Posh Spice' away in your car was difficult.'

Clearly in a talkative mood, David even decided to open up on their first kiss, and how they still revisit the same spot.

'On the way to my parents' house in Epping, there's a little pub and we had our first kiss in the car park there,' he said.

'I was with my sons the other day and I said, "See there, that's where I first kissed mummy in the car park."'David and Victoria celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary just last week with a family party at their hideaway in the South of France.

It's really lovely to read about this celebrity couple and that they're still able to celebrate their love in a simple way despite all the trappings of fame and wealth and other people's expectations to live up to in the media spotlight.Well Done you two!
