Lindsay Lohan could receive as much as a whopping million dollars for an interview about her time in prison.

Reports suggest a number of US publications are trying to secure Lindsay's first interview after her time inside, and could have a bidding war on their hands as the price rises.

'Financially, it's the best thing that could have ever happened to Lindsay,' one insider told Pop Eater.

'It's no secret that Lindsay has been in financial trouble for a while. She will earn more money from her post-prison interview than she ever earned acting.'

But LiLo is reportedly set on holding out for the magic million in a bid to solve her money worries.

'Expect to see a major TV and magazine deal,' the source added.

'Lindsay might have made a lot of mistakes, but she knows how much her first interview is worth. She won't even consider offers of less than $1 million.'
