Cheryl Cole and Derek Hough jet out to Tanzania - but is it for a romantic break?

Cheryl Cole jetted out to Tanzania yesterday with her rumoured new beau, Derek Hough - but have they set off on a romantic break?

Well, Derek's dad certainly seems to think so...

The pair were photographed boarding a flight from Heathrow to Tanzania together yesterday, and Aaron Nelson, Hough's stepfather, was quick to confirm to The Mirror: 'It will be one of those dream, romantic holidays that you take when you are just starting out on a relationship.

'Derek is totally in love with that girl and wants to spend as much time as he can with her,' Nelson added.

Although the pair have travelled extensively together to perform at various gigs and concerts, Hough reportedly planned the trip as a surprise for Cheryl, only telling her the destination once they reached the airport.

It will only be a short break for the starlet - she needs to be back in the UK next week for the next round of X Factor auditions.
