Friends star Courteney Cox has opened up on BFF Jennifer Aniston's diet secrets, revealing the actress stayed in shape during filming by eating the same salad every day.

In a new interview, the Cougar Town star shed the light on her famous friend's eating habits, telling how Jen was a fan of the low-fat Cobb salad.

Taking tips from the super-slim star, Courteney told how Jen got her and fellow star Lisa Kudrow hooked on the special snack, which they then ate every day for an amazing ten years.

'Jennifer and Lisa and I ate lunch together every single day for 10 years,' Courteney told the LA Times.

'We always had the same thing - a Cobb salad. But it wasn't really a Cobb salad. It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans and I don't know what.'

Revealing that Jen ‘has a way with food,' she joked about her diet choices.

'She just has a way with food, which really helps. Because if you're going to eat the same salad every day for 10 years, it'd better be a good salad, right?' she said.

Courteney also addressed rumours of a Friends movie during the brand new interview, but revealed she doesn't think the cast will reunite on the big screen.

'I wish we could do that with Friends,' she said talking about the recently released second Sex and the City movie.

'The thing is, the characters from Sex and the City hopped all over Manhattan. On Friends, we were always stuck in the apartment and that coffeehouse.'
