Gwyneth Paltrow has set the Hollywood rumourmill alight, hinting at an A-list bust-up with one of her famous friends.

It's alleged she and Madonna have grown increasingly distant in recent months.

And now claims of a series of fall-outs have added more fuel to the fire. So could there be an A-list feud growing?

'They don't speak,' a source reportedly told America's Us magazine.

'I can't tell you exactly why they had the falling out, but Gwyneth can be jealous and competitive.'

Gwyneth also hinted there was trouble brewing in a recent magazine interview,

'I can be mean. I can cave in to gossip. I can ice people out and I can definitely harbour revenge,' she said.

‘In fact, I'm having a situation right now with a friend where I'm feeling pretty angry. But revenge is corrosive and it doesn't make me feel good.'

Could Gwynnie have been talking about Madonna?

She also revealed that Madge has parted ways with her celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson.

'It's good that she doesn't train Madonna any more. It was too much. She keeps people waiting - it takes up your whole day,' Gwyneth said.

But officials have been quick to step in and deny the reports. ‘There has been no falling out between the two,' a spokesperson told the Daily Mail.
