After announcing their engagement back in January, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have looked every inch the sickeningly loved-up couple.

But it's not Katy that's getting over-excited at the prospect of a wedding...

‘He's a total bridezilla,' Katy said of her funny-man fiancé at the Kids' Choice Awards over the weekend. ‘He's like a freak.'

‘He's always buying bride magazines,' she told MTV. ‘Every time we go out for breakfast he's like ‘Can we just stop and get a bride magazine?''

Despite having just been gunged on-stage during the awards ceremony, the starlet was more than happy to chat marriage and music.

‘I have to plan my record first and then I'm going to get my wedding,' she explained.

‘But I'm really excited about that too!'
