Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen wed

Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen were married in Paris last week, according to Australian magazine Women's Day.

The mag claims that the long-term couple wed in a traditional Jewish ceremony last Monday, with just a handful of close family present.

In an email to friends, 34-year-old Fisher reportedly wrote: 'We did it - we're married. It was the absolute best day of my life and in so many beautiful moments I missed you all so much. I thought of you as everything was happening, but Sacha and I wanted no fuss - just us!'

The newlyweds have a daughter together, two-year-old Olive, and have been engaged since 2004. They met in 2002 in Sydney,

Fisher converted to Judaism so that she could marry the Borat actor. She told an interviewer back in 2009 that privacy was paramount to any wedding plans: 'It is very important to me to have a beautiful ritual celebrated with all my family and friends... And when you are in the public eye, to keep that private and to make it happen without it being really visible is really difficult.'
