Nicole Richie had a family day out in Paris yesterday, Tweeting pictures of her and her adorable son Sparrow.

Our favourite fashionista and March cover star has been in the French capital promoting her new clothing line Winter Kate.

But she decided to spend a day with the family, and was spotted stepping out around Paris with her gorgeous five-month-old son.

Proud mum Nicole posted a picture of her and Sparrow posing in front of the Eiffel Tower for all her Twitter followers to see.

‘Bonjour!' the lovely star Tweeted in the accompanying message. ‘In the City of Lights with my true love.' Sweet!

Nicole and Sparrow certainly went for Parisian chic, wrapping up against the cold winter weather in cosy knitted hats.

Therecently engaged Ms Richie also added some skyscraper heels and large white sunnies to her French ensemble.
