Romcom alert! Check out our favourite leading lady Amy Adams in an exclusive sneak preview of her new flick, Leap Year.

The film sees Anna (Amy) desperate for her Boston beau Jeremy to propose. And after he presents her with diamond earrings (and not a ring!) during a romantic dinner date, she decides to take fate into her own hands.

So she jets off to Dublin where Jeremy is attending a work conference, intent on taking advantage of an old Irish tradition which says that a woman can propose to a man on February 29th, Leap Day.

So far, so good.

But things take a turn for the worse when Anna's plane is diverted to Cardiff.

So with just a few days to go, she charters a boat - which unceremoniously dumps her on the remote Dingle Peninsula - and persuades brooding Irishman Declan (Matthew Goode) to drive her to Dublin.

Cue much hilarity, many mishaps and a city girl trying to get to grips with the Irish countryside in towering four-inch heels.
