Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have issued an official legal statement insisting they have no intention of ending their relationship.

Hollywood's hottest pair have been rocked by rumours they were on the verge of a split, and had even arranged a 'divorce' settlement.

But after gossip continued, Brad and Angelina issued a formal statement confirming they are still very much together, and will not be going their separate ways.

In fact the private pair have even promised legal action against the News of the World, who first broke the story.

Meanwhile, the family looked happier than ever as they put on a united front and enjoyed a day out at the Superbowl over the weekend.

Treating eldest son Maddox to some grown up time without his younger siblings, the proud parents looked the picture of happiness as they watched the game from some of the best seats in the house.

And Brad and Angelina were all smiles, laughing and giggling throughout the game, surprising onlookers with a rare PDA.

The pair looked stylish in their signature black ensembles, while little Maddox looked cuter than cute in a stylish trilby and American football jersey.

And they were not the only a-list family to turn out for the event - it was packed to the rafters with super-famous stars.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Suri were spotted in the crowd, as well as Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore and Hilary Swank.
