How does Madonna stay looking so sweet? Brazilian coconut water. The Grammy-winning star was introduced to the 'detoxifying' water by her 23-year-old boyfriend, Jesus Luz, who she has now reportedly split from, and is rumoured to have invested $1.5 million in the company who makes it.

Vita Coco is a coconut water drink made in Brazil, which is supposed to have many health and anti-ageing benefits.

Madonna started drinking it in 2009 on her 'Sticky and Sweet' tour and now takes it everywhere she goes, necking a bottle or two after her gruelling workouts.

Fellow Hollywood health freaks Demi Moore and Matthew McConaughey are also reportedly said to be investors in Vita Coco.

'Madonna has a team of specialists around her including doctors, chiropractors and other people who could confirm that it's a healthy choice,' said an insider. 'Before Vita Coco, she was drinking a lot of coffee and having special brands shipped to her on the tour'.

I was born in South America moved to UK 17 years now we always drank coconut water no one is for refreshing drink and if you suffer from kidney problem the water fill you up so you don't feel hungry so if you keep drinkung the water you would not eat it is the first i heard it have agening benefits Good luck to Brazil so they can make some money off the western
