I think KP knows full well that she is dispised, loathed and hated my the majority of the British public. Calculatingly she has used the fact that Alex Reid is currently liked and loved by the people who detest her, so once again has manipulated the situation to her own ends. I can see Alex being treated in exactly the same way as Peter Andre, when he over shadows her in the popularity stakes and starts to become famous in his own right. Hang on to you're hat Alex, is going to be a bumpy ride!!!!

Congratulations to Katie and Alex. It was no secret they were to wed, they just wed earlier and quietly. Whatever decision they made would have been wrong to most people. Both are adults and able to make a decision. Leave them alone to enjoy their life together.

Michelle....your's is a moot point. The fact is, Alex won. And maybe his time in CBB just re-inforced for Ms Price what SHE already new & what the rest of us discovered....that Alex Reid may be a bit of a 'dillon' sometimes, but actually, he's a really decent guy who obviously loves his partner to bits. No hidden agenda to him (unlike the truly dreadful bully-boy, Vinnie) & actually just a normal guy, with faults like the rest of us, who just wants to be liked for the person he really is.
Good luck to them, I say. If anything, the children may now have more stability than in recent months, as mum will hopefully settle down.

I used to like Katie Price but her whole life has turned into a complete joke. I don't believe for a second she really loves Alex, it's all done for media attention just like everything else. I feel sorry for the children where are they when she is jetting off to get married? Since pete she still wants the life of a single woman with no ties.....you never see the kids out with her hardley, and then she gets married, to which you would think if she was so in love she would want her kids to share the special moment, and low and behold there not there! I accept that they might be a nice couple and that they are falling for eachother etc but to just rush off and get married is not only a stupid decision publicity wise but also it's thoughtless where the children are concerned! - when they split up (which they will)the children will have to endure losing yet another father figure because their mother can't stand to be alone for a few months.

I'll give her some credit though ... she does know how to weedle every penny out of her non-relationship with Alex Reid ... poor guy actually seemed all right!!!

The poor woman is so taken by her own publicity it's frightening. She is fundamentally unbalanced and unstable and growing ever more so, and the more the media fawn all over her, the more unstable she will become - she is a sad travesty created by the modern media and the crushing need for celebrity - tragic. By the time she is in her dotage doubtless she will have had many more C list hubbies, who will, as someone else so rightly said, only last for as long as they do things HER way. Heaven help the kids and any more (bets on a pregnancy before summer's here?) they deserve better but will not get it from her. It is NOT normal for a mother to behave in the way she does - no harm in a night out but in the parlance of my young colleagues - PURLEEEES!!!

I agree with Michelle above, I wondered too if ALex had not won CBB if she would have wanted to marry him. He's hoping that he will raise her profile to positive. She's a media hog and can't stand it if someone is getting more press than her. She's a nasty piece of work. Alex is fame hungry, but that's not a bad thing. We wouldn't have actors and musicians if people weren't hungry for fame. I just hope he does it well and stays respectful. My opinions of Alex did change in the house, he seems fun and a truly nice guy.

I agree with Michelle, I think once again Miss Price has been very clever. Her ratings were low with the public so why not hitch yourself to someone who is popular (at the moment!)in the hope that some of it will rub off on her. I think he seems a decent bloke as were her previous two. So we will see how long it will be before she finds him too nice and walks all over him.

ahh poor girl could find a dress, she could have borrowed one from Alex or done her usual and worn almost sweet F.A.....so she dumps him less than two months ago and now they are married. She is an attention seeker and I think personally she has done it because people liked Alex from his stint in CBB that they will like her also, I doubt this will be the case. She is awful, she looks like a man in drag. It would be really good if she went into hiding for a few months (years!! meow) and let the storm calm as well as getting her priorities right.

I think Alex and Katie are really suited to each other. Their just down to earth people who happen to be in the public eye. Good Luck to them both and I hope they are really happy together. Oh dear what has Alex done. I grew to like the guy when he was in the Big Brother house and both my husband and I thought that the best thing he could do was dump Jordan when he left the house. It does appear that he loves her but, does she love him? I agree with Michelle - would this marriage have happened if Alex had been evicted earlier and booed big time on his way out?
