Dannii Minogue may not judge this year's X Factor

With her first baby on the way, Dannii Minogue has hinted she may not be acting as a judge on this year's X Factor. The 38-year-old singer is due to give birth at the same time as filming begins on this year's show and has warned that she may not be able to take part.

The X Factor judge announced on Twitter last month that she was expecting a child with her longtime partner Kris Smith. The baby is due in July, which unfortunately for Dannii's fans, is also when filming will start on the latest series of the musical talent show.

Asked about the rumours she won't be involved, she said: 'Who knows? Simon doesn't decide until about April what he wants to do with the show.

'I would love to be involved in it but I am definitely having my baby in Australia in July so it's going to be pretty hard to juggle all of that. I need a Wonder Woman suit and a cape.'

X Factor won't be the same without Dannii! Here's hoping she's still on the panel next series.

I agree with Katie. The show would not be the same without Dannii. I thought sshe was brilliant last year - by far the best judge!
