Ugly Betty cancelled

I will be soooo sad to see ugly betty go. I always watched it religiously on fridays on greatstufftv.com. I have to say i am extremely sad. So does this mean it would definitely be coming back in March or is going to stop showing in March?.

I will be gutted to see Ugly Betty go, it is not as good as when it started but is still light hearted, funny and easy to watch.

Ugly Betty is one of the best shows of its kind on TV. In fact, I believe its one of a kind. It's extremely well written and so funny. The quality of the cinematography is fabulous and the contemporary settings of the scenes are fascinating. It will be very sad to see it go.

NO Way!I don't believe it- Sooooooooooooo unfair!!!
Don't they realise this show helps me with my linen basket (ironing)when on! Not forgetting how therapeutic it is for my emotional well being, laughing, crying, laughing etc.
I like many others just "love" this show, one of the best things on the chav filled, reality TV flakey American garbage which is forced down our throats!!
If they had the show on regularly, instead of all this stop, start stop business they may find viewer (YES US)would be able to watch!!

Betty, I will miss you, love all the styles, fashion - Vanessa Williams & her amazingly Fine self,Daniel, his mommy,the receptionist, Mark, Betty's nephew EVERYONE!!
Promise me you'll finish the season- please, please.

So sad, I will really miss it, I'm not aware of any other programme it can be compared to and I think that's a good thing. I also hope they give it a proper ending.

Nooooo, ugly betty is like my long lost sister and Amanda who I secretly hope to become!!! I am devestated, they can't pull the plug, this programme has picked my up out of the lowest doldrums in the world, how dare they!

Noooooo i think Its the best programme ..i live in the uk and cant wait to watch when its aired..i even think its better than Desperate Housewives....such a shame everyone else doesnt share the same opinion..

I can't belive it!! I really enjoy watching the show, it's always the same you get into a show and have a few series of it and just becuse it's not getting a big aduience the tv people cancell it.I hope that they have done a decent ending not something that you will never know what happened next.

Such a shame I was really getting into it again. The second series lost its way I agree but it is so much better now (as i have been catching up in series 4 on the internet) and love Betty's new look!

Why does TV do this to the good programs? It's crazy but you see a person starting from the bottom and going up to what they've dreamed of doing. Take off all the programs that have no story lines and leave the good ones on!

WHY??? Ugly Betty is way better than those crazy reality shows!! It's just not fair!!!
If they left the series on the time spot they were in, they would be fine!
I will miss all the Whole cast especially all the crazy things that goes on. It helps me escape for 1 hour from my everyday life.
What next?? another unbelievable reality show, stupid family sitcom, it's not fair!!

I love Ugly Betty- I still think it is a great show. There changing from Thursday nites to Friday nites and then to Wednesday almost always means the death of a show

Maybe if they left it alone in its previous timeslot this wouldn't have happened. But no. The networks can never be satisfied with anything decent and they will sabotage any good show for whatever arbitrary reason that the network chief comes up with. They should be ashamed.

WHAT !! I am so ticked off that the network would cancel Ugly Betty. I have been a hugh fan of this show from day one. I looked forward to watching it. What is wrong with these networks ! They take good programming off for what another reality show !! Give me a break. I think the network is making a hugh mistake. However, I would like to wish all the actors and actresses the best of luck in their new ventures.

SAY IT ISN'T SO -NOT BETTY!!! She is wonderful and so much more interesting -as are all the characters- than those on most other shows. The plots are good, the actors great, each relishes his/her role. Please do not cancel this show. In one way or another, its humanity reaches us all. ABC, please reconsider!

The network totally screwed up when they changed the night and time. They took a winner and made it unlikely the same viewers would tune in on Friday and an hour later. Too bad for a really different and fun show. Now on Wednesdays after an awful in the middle and cougar town-who has the patience to wait till 10???

This is one of the dumbest moves ever made by ABC! The show went through some tough times during the writer's strike but it has really improved this season. Why kill it when the show is finally gaining momentum again? Save Ugly Betty and tell ABC you want them to give it another chance!
