Sam Taylor-Wood buys London love nest

Newly-pregnant Sam Taylor-Wood has invested in an £11m love nest to share with her toyboy fiancé, Aaron Johnson.

The couple, who began dating after the artist-turned-film director cast Johnson as the lead in her John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy, will raise their child there.

Taylor-Wood is thought to have bought the eight-bedroom London property outright, after receiving a hefty divorce settlement from her ex-husband, art dealer Jay Jopling.

The pair were married for 11 years but split in 2008, citing personal reasons for their amicable divorce.

Jopling has since been spotted canoodling with songstress Lily Allen, but it is Taylor-Wood who has hit the most headlines for her romance with Johnson, 23 years her junior.

The 19-year-old actor, who proposed to Taylor-Wood last October, doesn't turn 20 until June, making it probable that he will become a teenage dad.

Taylor-Wood, 42, who already has two daughters with Jopling, Angelica, 12, and Jessie, three, has previously dismissed the age gap, saying: ‘I don't really listen to other people's opinions, just follow my heart and my instincts.'
