Mischa Barton sued over unpaid rent

Mischa Barton is being sued by her landlord for failing to pay her rent.
The OC actress, who also has a home in LA, signed a one-year lease on a luxury loft apartment in New York's trendy Tribeca neighbourhood in September, but lawyers claim she hasn't paid the $7,000-a-month bill for the last three months.
Mischa, 23, is said to have moved out of the property shortly after her TV series The Beautiful Life was cancelled after just two episodes.
The dramedy, about New York's modelling world, would have seen her living in the capital for a year.
It was also said to be the star vehicle that would see Mischa make a spectacular TV comeback.

This poor girl has had a real rough year of it..seems all is falling apart but did she not have a thriving bag company or am I wrong??
