Smouldering Twilight co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are set to go public with their romance when Breaking Dawn filming starts.

The pair's on-again, off-again relationship has been the subject of much speculation, but reports suggest the celeb couple are finally ready to confirm they are an item.

The Twilight twosome have driven fans mad by remaining tight lipped over romance rumours.

But their onscreen chemistry seems to have given too much away.

They were also spied leaving a plane cuddling up, hand in hand back in November.

‘Rob and Kristen are very happy, and everyone that's part of the franchise is so happy for them,' said a source.

‘They don't feel the need to hide it anymore.'

The pair enjoyed a secret romantic break in the small town of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight over the New Year, only being spotted by one lucky fan.

And it's been rumoured lovely R-Patz may be shopping for a UK home for the pair, as they look to escape the American spotlight.

‘Rob is a reluctant star,' one insider said. ‘He just wants a quiet English life.'

I've always thought they were a secret couple. They probably just have some publicity rule about not telling their teen fans. But good for them! I'm sure it'll be nice not to have to hide it any more...

Definetely they are couple off screen! It's hard to spent time esp. New Year with someone who's not special at all. Think about that! I love Robsten, forever....
