By Eleanor Young on Thursday 21 January 2010
With award season in full swing, nominations for another of the big hitters - the BAFTAs - have been announced today.
An Education, Up in the Air and Precious lead the way, with The Hurt Locker and Nowhere Boy also doing well.
Carey Mulligan, Meryl Streep and Gabourey Sidibe all make it in to the Leading Acress category, while Golden Globe winner Mo'Nique, Anna Kendrick and Kristin Scott-Thomas are nominated for Supporting Actress.
And the hotly anticipated Orange Rising Star award sees yet more excitement.
Twlight's Kristen Stewart and Brit actress Carey Mulligan are both nominated, along with Jesse Eisenberg and Tahar Rahim.
We can see that one being a tough category!
The great news is that you can have a hand in choosing the Orange Rising Star winner, as the famous gong is voted for solely by the public.
You can choose your favourite online by visiting orange.co.uk/bafta.
The awards will be taking on Sunday 21st February.

I would like the Brits to win at least something! We had Kate Winslet winning everything last year... not sure we'll do quite so well this year. Carey Mulligan perhaps?

Most deserved for Rising Star Bafta should be Kristen Stewart I hope she wins it and the UK get behind a deserved winner.
