Look away now Tyrone Wood: the pics that prove his ex, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, is well and truly loved-up with new man Olivier Martinez are in, and the hot new couple look the picture of happiness.

Enjoying a romantic break in Paris, the 22-year-old Brit-It model and her 43-year-old beau were snapped roaming the streets arm-in-arm, stopping for the odd smooch and a spot of shopping.

Huntington-Whiteley looked suitably chic against the chill, rocking latex leggings, a cosy jacket and boots, while her man wrapped up in a polo neck and tan leather jacket.

The pair are rumoured to have been dating since November, when they met backstage at the Victoria's Secret catwalk show.

Martinez famously dated Kylie Minogue for four years, before they split in 2007. Huntington-Whiteley meanwhile ended her two-year relationship with Wood, the son of Rolling Stone Ronnie and his former wife Jo, last year, reportedly leaving her ex heartbroken.

The loved-up pair stepped out publicly for the first time on New Year's Eve, and have since been spotted looking loved-up all over Paris.
