American starlet Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James have won the custody battle they were fighting with Jesse's porn star ex-girlfriend.

The proposal actress and her husband, who married in 2005, have had temporary custody of Jesse's daughter Sunny with Janine Lindemuler, while Janine served a prison sentence.

The couple accused porn star Janine - who has starred in over 100 adult films - of being an unfit mother, and have now their request for extended custody of Sunny granted.

The Hollywood pair claim Sunny's mother frequently fell asleep after drugs binges, leaving her daughter alone for days at a time.

Now Janine will only be allowed to see Sunny during the day, with no overnight stays.

In dramatic war of words, Sandra prepared a lengthy statement for court, saying: 'While in Janine's care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.'

But Jesse's ex Janine hit back, insisting she's a changed woman. She said: 'I am the best mother I can be.'

Adult film star Janine also accused Sandra of wanting Sunny as her daughter as she can't have children of her own, but Sandra replied, saying: ‘that could not be further from the truth'.

Is this the same jesse james who had nothing to do with his child at one time oh yeah and sandra bullock is a number one mom oh wait she has no kids step parents should NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OR THE SAY they should mind their own darn business...

Well that's not very fair now, it it?! She's obviously taking better care of the child than her own mother does - at least she's not leaving her on her own all day while she's off doing drugs! And for the record, there's nothing wrong with step parents!

Why is it that step parents are considered good enough to clear up after their stepchildren e.g.change nappies do their washing pick their toys and wet towels up off the floor and generally run round after them but when it comes to having an opinion are told to mind their own business.Sorry Lisa but this isnt fair YOU CAN"T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.
