J-Lo's still bruised from on-stage tumble

Not only did J-Lo have to suffer the embarrassment of publicly falling over during the AMA awards, she's been left with a sore reminder of her gaff.

When speaking of the blunder on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Jennifer explained how she lost her footing: 'What happened was one of the dancers' backs was slippery with sweat. We never bargained for that because they always had T-shirts on in rehearsal.'

But the singer didn't let the fall ruin her performance: 'I was up and all I could think was I have to get the next beat,' she told Ellen. 'I have to do this dance solo right now, I had no time to think about it.'

On whether she hurt herself, the star revealed: 'I have a bruised bone'.

Let's hope that Jen's trademark behind makes a speedy recovery!
