Rumours that they're back on just won't go away, as Jude Law and Sienna Miller are spotted together for the third time in as many weeks.

A sheepish looking Sienna was caught sneaking out of Jude's swanky New York apartment at lunch time yesterday.

The pair had obviously hatched a cunning plan to go undetected, as Jude sauntered out of the apartment first and tried to distract surprised paparazzi by posing for the cameras.

But the plot failed, as just six minutes after Jude's departure waiting photographers then snapped sneaky Sienna's exit. Busted!

The star then quickly dashed up the road and away from the paparazzi. One onlooker said, ‘She definitely didn't want to be photographed but he didn't seem to mind.'

And this is not the first time the famous pair been seen together.

It's rumored Jude & Sienna spent time together in New York when they were both appearing on Broadway, and just last week they were spied spending Thanksgiving at a cosy Italian restaurant.

The couple dined on pizza and an eye-watering $350 bottle of wine, before leaving together.

‘They came in holding hands,' a source said said. ‘They only had eyes for each other.'

Ha! This is hilarious! Why don't they just admit they're back together?! I think they made a great couple. Jude just needs to behave himself this time!
