X Factor winning formula revealed!

X Factor sponsors Talk Talk have come up with a scientific formula to predict who's most likely to win the contest this year, and if it's right, Danyl Johnson will walk away with the 2009's title.

Researchers at Talk Talk - who are sponsoring the show for the first time - have spent weeks studying tapes of previous X Factor shows to determine what makes a winner.

After watching epsodes going back to 2004, the clever employees studied contestants on eight different counts, including appearance, singing talent and determination to calculate who they thought would win.

When tested on previous contestants, they found superstar Leona Lewis and singing sensation Alexandra Burke both scored highly. As did this year's Danyl Johnson.

But fellow winners Steve Brookstein and Leon Jackson didn't score well at all, which might explain their lack of chart success.

If only they had known!

Although theory predicts Danyl will be this year's winner, after his recent bust up with Simon Cowell, we're not so sure.

no, danyle cant win, i dont like him, i can see Llyod going home:/ Stacey really needs to win, We dont know whos gonna go through and whos not, so we dont know, but yeah, i like stacey and love Llyod,(cause hes so fit) and tacey to win cause shes got a really good voice x

i think olly will win, he's a lovely mover! i also like joe, daniel and stacy, but we had girls thw last 2 times as winners. i think lloyd is cute and nice, and should try again in a few years time. he's got plenty of time, which unfortunately did not apply to jamie afro. that was a sad loss, and although i think stacy is brilliant, let's give the guys a chance for a change. olly to win!

It's only 3 weeks ago that Jedward were a dead cert to win and look how wrong that prediction was. I think it's between Joe and Stacey now. Lloyd will be going home tonight.
