Oh dear J-Lo! Star topples over while performing tricky dance move
By Eleanor Young on Monday 23 November 2009
Superstar diva Jennifer Lopez is known for her energetic dance moves. But her latest routine didn't go quite to plan, after she toppled over and landed heavily on the floor.
Performing at the American Music Awards, the star was debuting her new single Louboutins in front of a packed audience.
During a dramatic dance stunt, the diva climbed to the top of a human pyramid of scantily clad male dancers.
But at the last minute she lost her balance, drawing gasps from the audience as she landed on her famous derriere. Oh dear J-Lo!
Ever the professional, Miss Lopez quickly jumped up and carried on with the show. Her publicist later assured worried fans that 'she's fine, totally fine.'
We can only imagine she'll be waking up with a few bruises this morning!
Although J-Lo was the highlight of the night, the AMAs saw a number of other high profile performers take to the stage.
Janet Jackson opened the show with some of her biggest hits, Rihanna wowed the crowds with a rendition of Wait Your Turn, and the Black Eyed Peas had everyone dancing to I Got A Feeling.

Oh this is hilarious, I really feel for poor Jlo! Well done to her for getting back up and carrying on, I'm not sure I could have done!

Oh poor J Lo! Good for her for getting back up and soldiering on, many others might have thrown a diva strop and walked off.

Atleast it was pretty dark on stage when it happened lol! But she was certainly a professional. And that song is crappy...

It was barely noticable and a lot of people would think it just a dance move I reckon..
lot of dances moves are floor based..
Anyway..who cares..she is good ..so what..
