Victoria Beckham to voice cartoon character!
By Sarah Karmali on Tuesday 17 November 2009
Our favourite fashionista, Victoria Beckham, is all set to make her big screen debut - as the voice of a cartoon character in the much-anticipated Madagascar 3.
She's made her mark on the small screen, with an appearance in Ugly Betty, and an upcoming cameo in Gossip Girl already under her stylish belt, but now, as always, Victoria is thinking bigger.
The style queen has been signed up to appear in the new animated film, alongside David Schwimmer and Ben Stiller, and will be showing off her wild side as one of the many animal characters in the flick.
Although this is perhaps not what one would have expected for VB's debut silver screen performance - seeing as we won't actually even get to see her - we love the idea of a Posh critter running amuck in the jungle!
Naturally, as the film is not due out until 2012, details are all still firmly under wraps - so we don't know exactly what kind of character La Beckham will be voicing, but our imagination is already running wild...
What kind of character could you see VB voicing? A posh penguin perhaps? Or a stylish stick insect? Give us your thoughts in the comments box below!

I think VB should play some sort of exotic bird. Something that sits higher then the other animals and makes comments about how if she were "that" animal she could do whatever they were doing better.

I just have to say, this is NOT Victoria's big screen debut. She was in a little #1 hit movie "Spice World', remember Marie Claire? :P
I'm very excited for this news though, yay! And I thin an exotic bird would suit her nicely as well. :)
