Jay-Z to help Cheryl Cole break US

She might be a celebrity mentor every week on the X Factor, but now Cheryl Cole has bagged her very own A-list advisor - Jay-Z.

In her bid to break the States, the Girl Aloud is reportedly being courted by the superstar rapper, who wants to launch her career on the other side of the pond.

A source snitched to The Mirror: 'Cheryl is the biggest fan of Jay-Z and Beyoncé. To hear the feeling is mutual has totally made her year.

'She never imagined her album would have taken off like this. To get Jay-Z's support is beyond her wildest dreams.'

Reportedly, Mrs C first met Jay-Z when Beyoncé sang with Alexandra Burke on 2008's X Factor.

The rapper has now reportedly developed a taste for UK talent, and has been working with Kanye West favourite, Mr Hudson, and has signed the Sugababes to his label.

love Cheryl but don't think she have the voice to break America - there are too many superstars there who have outstanding vocal talent.
