It's the moment we've all been waiting for, sort of, Robbie Williams singing with Take That.

Take That
performed to a packed-out Royal Albert Hall at a special charity gig for Children In Need last night. After their short set Gary introduced Robbie with, 'What a perfect night for us to introduce an old friend.' Robbie walked on and looked overwhelmed as he hugged Gary, Mark, Howard and Jason.

He later said, 'I started tearing up just before I came on and the lads were singing and knowing it was just about to happen and knowing what the reactions were going to be like and then all my team were like "Please don't cry".'

Fans screamed for them all to sing a Take That song but the boys left the stage to let Robbie sing his new single Bodies and You Know Me.

After the show Robbie said that he wasn't nervous about a reunion in the future, 'I'm not nervous any more because we've seen each other. The bitterness and resentment has completely gone and I'm just left with four other lads that I just love to pieces. That's why I was so bitter and resentful in the first place because I loved them then and love is all that's left now, and that's what you see tonight.'

At the end of the show Paul McCartney bought all the performers together, including, Cheryl Cole, Lily Allen and Leona Lewis, to sing a stunning version of Hey Jude, and fans got their chance to finally see Robbie and Take That sing together, albeit with an all-star cast of backing singers!

It wasn't even a proper reunion, how disappointing!! Still, better than nothing i guess!

Here's hoping they're the ones to get something together in time to stop the annual predictability of Cowell's Christmas No 1 machine!!!
