Check out this sneak preview of Leighton Meester as you've never seen her before... Our favourite Gossip Girl gets super-sexy in the music video for her debut single: Somebody to Love.

It's a far cry from preppy Upper-East Sider Blair Waldorf that's for sure.

The 23-year-old has teamed up with hit US singer Robin Thicke for her first foray into the world of pop, and the pair are shot in some decidedly steamy clinches in their sexed-up video.

‘I want it to be telling a story,' Leighton has said about the concept behind the video. ‘But a lot about the photography and the lighting, and mostly about the clothes.'

‘This song really represents what I'm going through in my life right now,' she added.

Somebody to Love is the first track from her debut album, which is rumoured to be self-titled, but has no release date as yet.

But with so much posing, pouting and scantily clad writhing around from Miss Meester, we were so distracted that we almost forgot to actually listen to the track....

She looks terrible! Really cheap. Don't think much of the 'singing' either. She's brilliant on Gossip Girl, so don't give up the day job Leighton!
