Spice girls ARE getting back together
By Eleanor Young on Thursday 29 October 2009
The spice girls WILL be getting back together, Mel B has confirmed.
She revealed the girls have been discussing reuniting for a while, which explains why we keep seeing the five out and about together.
Mel B, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri met up for dinner in Knightsbridge, last month - but Victoria was noticeably absent.
Mel told the Mirror, ‘we are definitely planning something. We haven't decided exactly what yet - but I can say it will be big.'
The star also blasted rumours of a Spice Girls musical, branding them ‘rubbish', and ‘completely untrue'.
In a previous television interview, Geri Halliwell also let slip that the girls were thinking of getting back together.
Although plans are obviously in the pipeline, it seems the spices haven't made up their minds about what they will be doing, yet.
Mel said, ‘when we all decide what we're going to do, you will know about it - there will be an announcement. You know what we're like!'

Oh boy do they have to? they really should leave it now, they were fun back in the 90's, but would just be embarrasing now - the single they released a little while ago was awful. They should concentrate on being good mothers and stay out of the limelight.

The thing that annoys me is that they didn't even finish their last tour! They cancelled dates at the end leaving the poor people who had bought tickets without a show. Shouldn't they just make up their minds? Surely they can't need the money?!

It's good old fashioned greed, that's all!

I'm not a big Spice Girls fan (then or now), but honestly.... "concentrate on being good mothers and stay out of the limelight." Does one preclude the other? Try some modern thinking, Miss B.

All I mean is that surely now they are all mothers and all over 30 they are past being in a group called the 'Spice Girls' and banging on about girl power, and all the fake 'we love each other' nonsense. They are just clinging onto the fame they used to have. I don't mean that women who are mothers shouldn't be in the limelight as such, it's just the desperation to be in the limelight that I disagree with.

I've been a fan of the Spice Girls since I was 5 years old. I looked up to them everyday when I was little and I still do when I'm older. I've been to 2 concerts of them and I cry because they were my childhood heroes. I know they didn't mean to cancel few parts of their tour but I think it's time for some people to give them a chance. I would let them to do that again. Thank you Girls for getting back together again. Please, convince Victoria to come back.
