The gorgeous Penelope Cruz fueled rumours this week that she is engaged to actor beau Javier Bardem.

Penelope was snapped wearing a huge diamond and sapphire ring at the New York Film Festival, where she was promoting her film Broken Embraces with director Pedro Almodovar.

The Vicky Christina Barcelona star has been dating Javier Bardem since 2007 and recently had to deny claims that she was pregnant with Javier's baby.

A source close to the couple who spoke to the New York Daily News said, 'They're telling friends that they'll get married.'

Penelope and Javier have not commented on the rumours yet, but we'll let you know as soon as they do!
