Lily Allen, V Festival 2009

Lily Allen continued her run of gossip-worthy outfits this weekend at V Festival, wowing crowds in a peek-a-boo bustier top and chic, Pulp Fiction-style wig.

Arriving for her second performance of the weekend at the festival's Staffordshire venue, Weston Park, Lily looked like she'd been taking serious style pointers from NBF Kate Moss and had certainly upped her game from the previous day when she'd kicked back in cut-off denim shorts and a simple, backless black T.

Mind you, Lily wasn't the only starlet making a play for the fashion limelight. Alesha Dixon must have had headlines in mind when she opted to wear sparkly knickers under her neon, Georgia Hardinge-designed dress and Katy Perry's high-waisted leather shorts with jewelled bustier was pure dress-up-box fantasy.

Away from the stage, the fashion stakes were just as high. In the Virgin Media Louder Lounge, where stars were treated to complimentary St Tropez tans and Shu Uemura makeovers, Myleene Klass won our vote for best-dressed festival goer of the day, thanks to her chic, strapless maxidress; although her daughter, Ava, nearly gave mum a run for her money in cuter-than-cute shades, trainers and little party dress.

i was there! everyone was really well dressed, some looked even better than the stars. but you could see the price tags, almost, e.g "that's a topshop" "that's an h&m piece". everyone there looked great. :)
