Robin Wright Penn files for divorce from Sean… again

Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce from her Oscar-winning husband, Sean Penn.

This is third time the actress has called in her divorce lawyers, although for those of us forced to report the news each time round, it certainly feels more like the thirteenth.

Citing 'irreconcilable differences', the papers – and we hope, for our own sanity, this time they've been written in indelible ink – show that the couple have agreed to share custody of their son, Hopper Jack.

The big giveaway a split was on the cards, according to Hollywood commentators (apart from the fact they've tried it twice before)? Sean failing to thank his wife during his Best Actor Oscar acceptance speech this year. Yep, we'd have ditched him for that too, Robin.
