Prince William and Kate Middleton made a rare joint public appearance this weekend, as they attended the wedding of close friends Nicholas van Cutsem and Alice Hadden-Paton.

Elegant in royal blue, Ms Middleton got wedding guest chic down to a T, in a blue brocade coat, elegant white fascinator and navy courts.

The Prince was an usher at the ceremony, alongside his brother Harry, who arrived without a date, following his recent break-up from girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

Meanwhile the high profile pair, who are constantly the subject of nuptial-themed rumours, have reportedly made a pact that they won't wed until 2011.

Allegedly, the plan is in place so that Kate will officially be a royal when the Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee on 2012.

be nice everyone, she will eventually gain the weight after she gets married and has kids. Besides she is his choice, that is whom he is attracted to. She seems like a nice person.

The hat looks stupid, as it it will fall off any second, in fact in the bottom pic it looks like it is not even on her head but flying past it, looks better in top pic on the side of her head! Sorry lovely colour Kate, but whose sitting room curtains did you steal for the coat! Pretty lady with lovely hair,but the style needs some working on I think.
