Victoria Beckham is being tipped for a £3 million American Idol payday, with sources claiming she's set to permanently replace Paula Abdul on the judging panel.

Posh has already slipped into the judge's chair on three occasions – once in Denver, and twice in Boston - sparking rumours that producers are preening her for a full time role.

A source revealed to the News of the World: 'Victoria is the clear favourite because of Simon Fuller's influence... She was a revelation at the second audition and is now top of the list to permanently replace Paula.'

However, a deal is yet to be announced because bosses are reportedly concerned about Mrs B's image.

Although she has received the seal of approval form both Simon Cowell and the show's maker, Simon Fuller, channel executives from the TV network are supposedly concerned that viewers might be put off by the fashionista's accent and her teeny-tiny frame.

The source added: 'Focus groups are going to be set up to judge Victoria's performance.

'There's some concern about whether viewers will think she's too skinny and they're also worried about her accent. She's started to talk in a very posh voice and some people might struggle with that.'

I'm sorry but what does Victoria Beckham know about talent when she has none? She can't play an instrument, can't sing and can't dance which she admitted herself, and she can't write or construct a song and no one in the music industry will have anything to do with her because she's a flake.
As for her 'designs' if I had spent the last 6 years sucking up to designers and trying to crash every fashion show in Paris, Milan and NY then I could design a clothes line, she's so fake "she has started talking in a very posh voice"...my that will have Anna Wintour racing to the stands.

Victoria Beckham works very hard she is a very classy lady good luck to her and i hope she get's the job she deserves it.
