You've got to hand it to Sharon Stone, she sure knows how to create headlines!
Forget her infamous Basic Instinct flash, the Hollywood star has just posed topless for her most provocative photo ever.
Appearing in just a pair of latex knickers on the cover of French magazine Paris Match, Sharon, who recently turned 50, puts women half her age to shame.
