Madonna love letters up for auction

Madonna may be left red-faced after a set of love letters she sent to an ex-boyfriend have been sold to an auction house.

The faxed notes reveal the singer referred to herself as 'Lil Booty', and was called 'Dumbo' by her lover.

The ex in question, James Albright, who also served as Madge's bodyguard, himself allegedly went by the name 'Lil Black Sambo Esquire' and 'Frog Man'.

Also going under the hammer in New York are 17 minutes of explicit answer phone messages that Madonna left him and an intimate video she recorded while filming Dangerous Game in 1993.

The video - an extended, uncut scene from the movie - shows a party involving drug-taking, sadomasochism and pornography.

The 'Lil Booty' note, sent to Albright from Brisbane where Madonna was working, has the subject line 'Booty Love' for the attention of 'Booty Man'.

Speaking about having watched herself on a TV show, she writes: 'My booty looks good and you should see how good it looks in person. It looks Bootyful!

'You sure you don't wanna come visit me for a week? It would be - it would be so nice. Send me a fax. I'll be on my bed waiting for you.'

Another letter sent from the Lanesborough Hotel in London reads: 'If you were in the middle of a big box of chocolates I would pick you out, pop you in my mouth and savour every tasty morsel, let you melt on my tongue and then swallow you whole.'

She signed one of the faxes 'Dumbo' and in another wrote: 'Your face is a work of art. I'm going to dinner. I'll think of you with every bite.'

The audio tapes include heated phone messages from Madonna in which she gets angry with Albright for not returning her calls.

On one tape, she shouts: 'I love you. I love you. I wanna have your baby, okay?'

One source told the Daily Mail that Albright sold the items to a private collector for a six-figure sum last year, and the collector is now selling the memorabilia on.
