Sienna Miller is back with on-again-off-again boyfriend Balthazar Getty, and was spotted enjoying a romantic break with the actor in Italy over the weekend.

Despite the actress's recent insinuations that the relationship had ended, she was caught red handed over the weekend, as the the two were photographed kissing and canoodling over an intimate lunch yesterday in Positano.

In a spot of lovers' déjà vu, the couple were outed in the same Italian town last year, as paps nabbed the first pics of a topless Sienna kissing then married Getty on a yacht.

The British fashionista arrived in Italy on Friday alongside Getty's mother, after a night of partying with Kate Moss and Lily Allen, and was joined by her beau on Sunday.

The couple first hit the headlines in July 2008, when father-of-four Getty was still married to his wife, Rosetta. The media storm saw Miller branded a home-wrecker and dubbed 'Sluttyienna.'

However, it was believed they had split, with Miller recently insinuating she had ended the relationship, stating in an interview, 'I got to the point where I was doing things that I didn't necessarily think I was capable of as a person.'

Getty and Miller were never separated they were spotted by a passer by i coming out of the A1 Hotel in LA just before she flew to Madrid, there was NO separation just a lot of lies from both camps. Getty remark after the KIMMEL SHOW was laughable " What was I thinking I love my family, and I am trying to to the right thing now " He gave this comment when asked about his affair with Miller. He is not even with his children on Fathers Day. What a lowlife.
