Jennifer Lopez has returned to the film set – where she is shooting a movie about a woman who conceives twins.

Jen was pictured on set yesterday, looking ultra-glamorous in a nude chiffon gown with a gorgeous corsage.

And her ‘baby bump’ was plain to see!

It must have brought back memories for Jennifer, who gave birth to fraternal twins, Max and Emme, in February 2008.

But, whereas J-Lo conceived hers naturally with hubby Marc Anthony, her character in The Back-Up Plan turns to artificial insemination after years of fruitless dating.

She's then thrown into turmoil when she meets the man of her dreams, Dan, on the very same day she conceives.

Sounds like great chick flick fodder – and the gowns are gorgeous, too!
