Brad and Angelina move into separate houses

Is Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's relationship really on the skids? We've been trying to turn a blind eye to the rumours, but this weekend they went into overdrive with reports the pair are not only sleeping in separate bedrooms, but separate houses, too.

Photographs seen by the Mail on Sunday, allegedly taken inside the A-list couple's 24-acre Seacroft Estate in Long Island, show Angelina's belongings in one of the beachfront villas on the compound, with Brad's stowed in a different house.

'They would often sleep as far away from each other as possible, not even in separate bedrooms but in separate houses,’ a source told the paper.

‘Angelina spent most of her time in one of the annexes while Brad lived in the main house with its ten bedrooms.

‘He wasn't actually there for much of the time, which upset Angie and caused major ructions in their relationship.'

Since the pair were parted for work commitments, with Angelina working on her new movie, Salt, in New York, and Brad jetting around the world to promote the Tarantino film Inglorious Bastards, rumours about the state of their relationship have gone up a gear.

Although both Brad and Ange were in Cannes together recently, walking the red carpet together for the world premiere of Inglorious Bastards, word is all is not as it seems.

'The truth is there have been a lot of upsets behind the scenes,’ another source added.

‘Angie has been working really long hours on her movie and Brad hasn’t been there all that much.

'It’s put a huge strain on them.

‘Things definitely haven’t been helped by reports in the States that Brad has met up with Jennifer Aniston, his ex-wife.

‘Although there’s no proof they met, he’s certainly been in touch with Jen, which has sent Angelina over the edge.’

Oh yes - why shouldn't they split up? The idea of all those children must have been one-sided on Angie's side, Brad gave up a perfect wife in Jennifer, and Angie should not have gone for a married man in the first place. I think Brad is quietly going mad!!! Ang should have known better!!! Nobody is perfect for one another, we can only do our best - relationships that start on a cheating trend never last!!!
