Katie Price and Peter Andre don’t look set to reconcile anytime soon.

The model yesterday had a three-hour visit from hunky dressage coach, Andrew Gould, who is widely thought to be a big source of the tension that led to Peter filing for divorce.

Married Andrew, who insists him and Katie are just friends who share a common interest in horses, arrived at her house in Woldingham, Surrey, at 4pm, and left at 7pm, declining to comment.

Meanwhile, Peter, who will officially launch divorce proceedings today, took his children, Princess and Junior, house hunting with him in Brighton this weekend.

The singer wrote of his joy at seeing his kids again in his weekly column for New! magazine.

He said: ‘I hadn't seen the kids for over a week and it was hell. I missed them so much it actually made me ache inside.

'I spoke to them every day on the phone but it's not the same as seeing them in person and giving them hugs and kisses.

'I couldn't wait to get hold of them and savour every minute.

‘I was totally gutted that I didn't get to read them their bedtime stories but we did lots of fun stuff together, like go to the beach and the local pond to feed the ducks.'

The singer is staying with his agent Claire Powell, but is looking for a new home near his children.

'I'm having a rough time, but they are a glimmer of sunshine in my life and always will be,' he added.

Peter has reportedly said there is ‘no way back’ for the former couple, despite Katie reportedly asking for another chance over text during her 31st birthday celebrations this weekend.

But a source told the Mirror: ‘As far as Pete is concerned, their marriage is dead and buried.

‘All he cares about is the welfare of the children.’

Meanwhile, Katie is set to appear on the Jonathan Ross show this Friday, where she will talk publicly for the first time about her split with Peter.
