Jennifer Aniston to 'quit' acting

She's the queen of the small and the big screen, but Jennifer Aniston may be set to break our hearts by giving up acting.

The Marley & Me star says it might be time to hang up her acting boots  - in favour of a career behind the camera.

According to Star magazine, the actress – who is currently filming comedy The Baster in New York – said: 'I'm just waiting for the right thing.

'I'm at a place where I feel I can breathe and make some choices that creatively stimulate me.

'I love acting, but I don't know if that's always going to be it.'

But where would rom-coms be without you, Jen? At least we've got our trusty Friends box sets to keep us going on a rainy Sunday afternoon!

I LIKE HER BEING HALF GREEK AND ALL... I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR COMMENT ABOVE...SHE MAYBE THE QUEEN OF THE BOX... BUT I DON'T THINK THE BIG SCREEN... MAYBE IT'S A CLUE WHY SHE IS GIVING IT UP. GOOD LUCK TO HER IN OTHER AREAS - IF SHE CAN GET WORK... AT LEAST SHE IS AT THE HIGHT OF HER CAREER AND SHE IS NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER. MAYBE, IF SHE DECIDED TO TAKE A BACK SEAT FOR A WHILE A LITTLE EARLIER SHE MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HANG ONTO BRAD PITT AND HAD A FAMILY.

I'VE GOT A SNEAKING FEELING THOUGH SHE WON'T GIVE UP ACTING AS LONG AS THE WORK AS THE SCRIPTS KEEP COMING IN........
