Speaking to Hello! this week, Posh revealed that she embarked on a gruelling fitness regime to ensure she was ready for her close up.

'I started running four to five miles every day, and focused on eating healthily,' she explained. 'David was working out a lot as well, so we motivated each other. It was fun.'

When it came to posing for that infamous billboard ad, the fashionista revealed how she and her footballer beau made a pact: 'When David and I got to the first shoot we were both standing in our bathrobes, looking at each other and saying, "Okay, who's going to drop their dressing gown first?"

'It can be a little intimidating standing half-naked in a studio full of strangers, so it's good to have the support of each other, reassuring and encouraging one another.'

Meanwhile, Mrs Beckham also took the opportunity to silence rumours that the family were set for a permanent Italian move.

'There's no truth to that whatsoever… we're staying in LA. We're not looking for a house in Milan… The last thing I want is another house.'
