Stella, Kate and Liv hit the town… again

It's been a busy week for stylish trio Stella McCartney, Liv Tyler and Kate Hudson.

The fashionable friends first stole the show at Monday's Costume Institute Gala, and were back on the red carpet yet again last night, this time for the Time 100 Most Influential People in the World Gala in New York.

With McCartney and Liv both elegant in black lace dresses, Hudson opted for the style opposite, suiting up in a full white tux.

And they were certainly in good company. Wowing in a floor-skimming black gown was the First Lady herself, Michelle Obama, who took her seat beside Oprah Winfrey at the star-studded event.

The evening attracted an eclectic mix of A-listers, including Claire Danes, Hugh Dancy, John Legend, M.I.A. and Whoopi Goldberg.
